Women  Overcoming Financial Crisis (W.O.F.C.) was founded August 11, 2007 with the idea to bring together women who are struggling with financial crises.  Its founder, Violet Marcelo, shares a deep passion for overcoming financial crisis using herself as a example, to move forward.  She shared her ideas with Lisa Perry, Diane Poulson and Danielle Lee and they continued to meet, brainstorm ideas and support one another.  It was not long before W.O.F.C. was born.

To date you are able to go to meetup.com and participate in Women in Financial Crisis and attend supportive meetings as well as learn a little bit about the organization.  These meetings will assist you in locating resources, brainstorming ideas or just have supportive figures in your life so that you may access the strength within you to more forward.

W.O.F.C. is built from the ideas, strength and courage of 4 women.
